The FLOOR TECHnician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
Responsibilities
- The FLOOR TECHnician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors.
- Including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
- Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
- The FLOOR TECHnician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed.
- Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
- Performs heavy cleaning duties
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 yr of similar work experience
