REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Plastic or Rubber Department
SCHEDULE/HOURS: 2nd Shift, Up to 30 Hours per Week
SUMMARY: Provides necessary labor and skill to convert the extruded rubber and plastic into a finished part that meets customer quality standards. Schedule is 1st or 2nd shift, flexible start/end times based on candidate and company needs. This is a part-time position, therefore the associate is not eligible for company benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Understand and use work instructions, part specific documents
- Accurately report production and scrap
- Complete required quality documents
- Check parts against inspection standards
- Deliver production output defined by the production order
- Complete assigned tasks per Production Supervisor / Team Leader

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
