The role of the Spa Attendant
Welcome guests, respond to all inquiries and is knowledgeable about treatments, retail products, services; retrieves, delivers, and sets-up all supplies, including linen and amenities, ensures compliance of daily opening and closing checklists, prepares items for the refreshment stations. Ensure cleanliness of overall space include spa, fitness, and pool areas. Make guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to spa, retail products, hotel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
