SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time faculty position to teach Nursing Clinicals. This posting is designed to build a pool of qualified faculty as open positions arise. Course availability, clinical site, and hours vary. Applicants may be contacted if their qualifications match a particular open clinical rotation. Part-time appointments are made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis.Clinical areas may include:
- Fundamentals
- Medical Surgical
- Critical Care
- Pediatrics
- Obstetrics
- Mental Health
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified candidates must hold an unencumbered Missouri nursing license with no history of discipline in any jurisdiction
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year clinical bedside experience in nursing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
- Master's degree in nursing is preferred.
