We are hiring and looking for an experienced commercial cleaning technician who knows how to work hard and can show up every day at work. You must also be a quick learner, humble with people around you, and should be able to take up all the instructions carefully & precisely.The duties & responsibilities of a commercial cleaner are usually multifaceted. There are some basic duties and responsibilities that you need to follow, along with some other additional training & housekeeping skills according to the needs & demands of the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities-

Mentioned below is a list of certain duties and responsibilities in a detailed-oriented manner, which are to be necessarily fulfilled by you if you take up the job of a commercial cleaning technician at our company.

1. You should have proper knowledge about how to use various disinfecting solutions and know-how to take proper measures for using the same.

2. You will be required to scrub the floors, with a mop, floor scraper, vacuum cleaner, or sweeper.

3. You should be skilled in changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and setting up beds.

4. You should also be ready for clean-up services and mopping hallways during the time between two scheduled reservations and after every small meeting or a large function.

5. You should be able to clean vents on the ceiling, and furniture, disinfect mostly touched surfaces, wash windows, and clean restrooms.

6. You should also be aware of how to keep a track record of all the equipment and cleaning supplies you use in your job.

Requirements-

1. Must have a high school diploma degree.

2. Should have a valid driver's license and an owned vehicle.

3. Should have a mobile phone with a data package.

4. You should be able to lift heavy weights upto 25 pounds.

5. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and a clean background without any criminal record.
