Immediate openings for caring individuals who want to make a difference by working in our CILA Residential group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our CILA DSP's assist adults with activities of daily living skills by teaching and assisting with personal hygiene, home cleanliness, cooking, and other daily activities.
Our group homes are located in Oak Park and neighboring communities.
- There is a differential hourly rate of 75 cents/hr. for shifts worked in a Group Home on the weekends between the hours of Saturday at 12 a.m. through Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
- In addition, hours worked in one of the 4 Specialized Support homes will have an additional $1.00 to their regular rate for hours worked in these Homes.
We have the following Part Time shifts available!
- Saturday & Sunday 1st shift (8:30am-2:30pm) AND Monday 2nd Shift- Franklin Park- 20 hours per week
- 1on1- Saturday and Sunday (11am-7pm)- Melrose Park- 16 hours per week
- 1on1- Monday-Friday (3pm-9pm)- Melrose Park- 30 hours per week
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 21+ years of age for insurance purposes.
- DSP certified required for Part Time.
- 1 yr experience with Adults with Developmental Disabilities Preferred, but will train the right candidate.
- Current Valid Illinois Driver’s License and ability to be insured under Oak-Leyden Insurance (Must have clean driving record)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, pass drug test/physical, all background checks and required tests.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
