Job Description
Located inside the Canopy DC Embassy Row by Hilton Hotel, Truno is currently seeking Dishwashers to clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, skillets, plates, and utensils; transporting them to and from home location; and cleaning and mopping area floors and surroundings. The Dishwasher is an essential part of our culinary department.

Requirements:· High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
· Must be able to speak and understand English.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Ability to follow safety and security procedures and will not pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
· Ability to focus attention to performance of tasks despite frequent, stressful or unusual interruptions.
· Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
· Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
· May be required to assist the culinary staff during special events as requested by management.
