GoGoMeds is seeking experienced part-timeweekend only, Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and/or Sundays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Data Entry Pharmacy Technicians for our mail order pharmacy. Duties will include:
- Data entry and problem solving with pharmacists to deliver accurate prescription information.
- Collecting and entering information required for timely and accurate processing of prescription orders
- Reviewing medication orders and prescriptions
- Providing customer service to patients
- Contacting insurers to clarify coverage
- Entering medication histories and maintaining records
- Filling prescriptions accurately according to state and federal laws
- Processing customer payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Reading and interpreting prescriptions and pharmaceutical literature
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

- Knowledge of brand and generic medications
- Knowledge of medical terms, abbreviations, and pharmacy calculations
- Intermediate computer and software proficiency
- Ability to work out of 2 or more systems simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Available Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and/or Sundays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- PTCB Certification
