Compensation:
- Care Center Specialist I: $21.00/hr.
- Care Center Specialist II: $22.75/hr.
- 10% shift differential may be available for specific hours and weekends
- Potential for bilingual pay differential of $1.25/hr. once placed on an in-language team
You are also eligible for:
- An annual bonus based on individual and enterprise performance

Location: These positions are open to candidates who live within 100 miles of Tempe and in the state of AZ and can commute to the office within the same day.

Qualifications:
Care Center Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which includes successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements. Competitive candidates must:
