Provide a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment to ensure full and productive use of district facilities. Analyze problems and develop solutions for the same.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in custodial/maintenance work (preferred).
3. Ability to complete performance responsibilities as directed.
4. Ability to understand and implement district safety policies and requirements including those related to chemical hazards, bloodborne pathogens, and hazardous energy sources.
5. Ability to perform a variety of general maintenance functions as related to the position.
6. Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
7. Desire to continue career improvement.
