Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator

Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (20-30 hours per week)

*This is a contract position and requires previous Clinical Research experience*

Job Description:

Looking to hire an onsite part time individual with Clinical Research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. You will act as one of the main CRC’s for this study. Please note, as the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Chart review of patient medical records
• Phone screening
• Collection of study data and entering into EDC
• Query resolution
• Data verification
• Media referral processing
• E-dairy compliance
• Participant follow-up
• Medical record retrieval
• Community outreach
• Referral physician networking
• Patient recruitment
• Scheduling appointments
• Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in a Clinical Research Coordinator role
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Patient recruitment and community outreach experience
• Wiling to obtain Good Clinical Practices (GCP) certification
• Only seeking part-time hours

Duration: Open ended contract - expected to be 3-6 months with possible extension

Schedule: Onsite 20-30 hours/week - during normal business hours

Hourly pay range: $25-30 per hour

Expected Start Date: ASAP

This position will remain at part time hours during the contract, there is no potential for full time hours
