$17/hour, M-F, 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Client service preparation (almost no phone work)
- Organize team schedules and tasks
- Client performance research
- Reporting
- Providing detailed prep for Director's upcoming calls

- Works well as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years administrative support
- High school diploma or GED
- A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
- High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
- Google platform proficiency
- Type 50+ WPM
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
- Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience on a Mac
