Part-Time Client Experience Coordinator

$17/hour, M-F, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Client service preparation (almost no phone work)
• Organize team schedules and tasks
• Client performance research
• Reporting
• Providing detailed prep for Director's upcoming calls

• Timely with fast throughput

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative support
• High school diploma or GED
• A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
• Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
• High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
• Google platform proficiency
• Type 50+ WPM
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
• Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience on a Mac
