Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner

Location: Redington Shores, FL

Shift: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 1 pm - 5 pm (no weekends)

Hourly Rate: $15 per hour (paid bi-weekly, via direct deposit)

***This is a W-2 employment opportunity, NOT a 1099 contractor position***

Are you an experienced cleaner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spotless and welcoming spaces? We're seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and comfort of 4 resident units.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare 4 units
• Complete cleaning tasks including washing dishes, making beds, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying up
• Ensure all units are cleaned to the highest standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain the interior cleanliness of units only; no external cleaning or outdoor tasks are required

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience is a must
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable and punctual

Requirements :

• Willing to undergo Background check
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, push, pull from 10 lbs to 35 lbs
