Villageplan is currently looking for CarePros who are looking for flexible, variable shifts and hours to help meet the ever-changing needs of our clients, and to help provide coverage for CarePros who are sick or otherwise unable to work.

- On call Pay**
** CarePros in the Float Pool will get $50 each day they are on call, whether you work or not. If you accept a shift, you will also earn your hourly wage.
Summary:
The CarePros primary responsibility is to provide direct in-home care services.
Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship
- Meal Prep
- Shopping and errands
- Transportation
- Light housekeeping/ laundry
- Medication reminders
- Personal Care (grooming and hygiene)
CarePro qualifications:
- Must be willing to get your Home Care Aide Certification if you are not yet certified.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprint
