Right at Home, In-Home Caregiver Positions:

Right at Home is urgently hiring In-Home Caregivers for positions in Central Oregon. Weekend availability nearly always needed. The ideal candidate should preferably have at least one year of experience or a strong desire to help others.
Our Caregivers provide care for elderly and/or disabled adults in their own homes.

Right at Home-In Home Caregiver Pay:

· $17 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, availability, area and additional factors.

In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning and Preparation
• Fall Prevention and Transfers
• Light Housekeeping and sanitization
• Companionship Activities
• Personal Care and Hygiene
• Transportation to Appointments and/or Errands
• Individualized Tasks Per Client Care Plan

In-Home Caregiver Requirements:

• May be required to drive clients to appointments and/or errands.
• May be required to get fingerprinting per the state of Oregon.
• High school degree or a G.E.D. Certificate preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to pass written testing.
• Must be able to pass random drug testing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age as required per the state of Oregon.
• Must be able to take initiative as a caregiver for a variety of clients.
• Must have ability to deal effectively with the responsibilities of the job.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check per the state of Oregon.
• A CNA certification is NOT required for this caregiving position.
