$500 Sign on Bonus for those who are brand new to the company (after 90 days of employment)

The purpose of the caregiver position is to provide services that allow our clients the highest quality of life while promoting independence in a home-like community setting.
Essential job functions of a caregiver are:
- Knowing resident's individual service plan (ISP), Activities of daily living (ADL's), dietary needs, mental and emotional health plan, allergies, transfers and contact information.
- Receive training
- Demonstrate knowledgable and safe use of all adaptive equipment.
- Know and understand the importance of HIPPA laws
- Work to create a happy and healthy environment for you and the residents
- Manage time to meet residents' needs while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain boundaries while supporting residents' emotional and social needs.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No experience required
- Must pass background check
- Must pass a pre-hire health exam.
- Must be willing and able to maintain good attendance and flexibility in scheduling.
- Must be able to work at least every other weekend , holidays, and night shifts.
- Must demonstrate good personal grooming habits.
- Must be willing and able to take disabled individuals into the community.
- Ability to push/pull 100 lbs. in order to move lift assist and other intends over carpeted floors, across sidewalks, and on inclines/declines.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. to the waist, 20lbs. to shoulder height and 10 lbs. overhead.
- Caregivers must be able to maintain professionalism when it comes to all clients.
