Job Title: Business Analyst (w/ Association Management Systems)

Duration: 6-month Contract

Business Analyst for a part-time, remote contract. Initial contract will be 6 months and 20 hours per week. Our client is in the process of changing AMS (Association Management System) from Personify to Protech. Records have been migrated to the new system, and they are currently working on development, integration, configuration and training. There are numerous business requirements and the AMS is highly customized. Selected BA must have prior experience working on an AMS implementation or maintenance project (specifically Protech or AMS migration experience would be a plus, but not required). Ideal candidate would be a self-starter with initiative and drive.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update and maintain requirements and manage change requests.
• Create documents (user stories, acceptance criteria, training materials, process flows, etc.)
• Elicit, define and analyze requirements ensuring they are testable, measurable and traceable.
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure scope management and control.
• Prepare inputs to the development of project plans, project implementation and post-implementation support plans.
• Provide inputs to release planning, including deployment and rollback validation plans, and support release execution and validation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including business requirements gathering, documentation and implementation, and development of use cases, test cases, workflow development, data mapping, etc.
• Experience configuring and implementing Protech or other Association Management Systems.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (client’s environment is hybrid).
• Ability to facilitate meetings, such as status meetings, requirements sessions, sprints, management briefings, lessons learned and close-out meetings.
• Experience executing testing as part of unit testing, quality assurance or user acceptance testing.
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel and Azure DevOps.
