Part Time Bridal Stylist

Our Bridal Boutqiue is looking for a professional and creative individual to join our team of Bridal Stylists. The ideal candidate will have both a flair for design as well as excellent customer service skills. As a Bridal Consultant, you will be working directly with clients. You must be able to effectively engage with clients, listen to their needs, and work with them to fulfill their vision.

This is a Part Time position of 15-25 hours a week. Must be available 3 out of 4 weekends a month.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all clients as they enter the storeAppointment: Greet by name and welcome additional guests. Ask to be introduced to guests if Bride doesn’t already do that.

Walk-In: Accommodate an appointment if possible or schedule for next available time. Always excuse yourself from current client to greet walk-ins. Let them know you’ll check on them again if you’re able and give them a card to book appt.If unable to accommodate a walk in appointment explain to them that you want to ensure they receive the full experience they deserve and that you’re unable to deliver it at that moment.

Specialized appointments

• Expand skills and knowledge with consistent training and trend awareness in the bridal fashion industry
• Follow up with potential leads and manage clients using the Bridal Live interface
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Achieve a closing ratio of 50% or more
• Maintain a full understanding of the Bridal Live interface, point of sale systems, and website
• Process all sales and special orders correctly
• File paperwork correctly
• Non-sales duties: packing and storing order arrivals for clients, taking measurements, assisting with gown cleaning and preservation, creating content for our social media team, preparing materials for specialized appointments
• Understand alteration methodologies and how to use them during a sale
• Clean the store and maintain stock on the sales floor and in storage (dusting, sweeping, mopping, steaming stock, etc.)
• Be able to conduct a Bridal Appointment including carrying dresses as instructed and lifting 30 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
