Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Desdktop
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
