Registrar Corp is currently seeking a seasoned Part Time Associate Accountant with a strong grasp of accounting principles to uphold precise and current financial records. In this position, you'll utilize your expertise in managing general ledgers and your proficiency in tools such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Excel. Additionally, if you bring experience in commission structure management or have crafted tools to enhance commission processes, we would highly value that skillset.

Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger activities efficiently and effectively
Utilize Quickbooks, Netsuite, and Excel for financial data management and analysis
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of financial processes
Oversee renewals and chargebacks in accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Provide support in developing and implementing commission structures
Develop tools and processes to streamline commission calculations and reporting
Invoice and set correct revenue recognition for SaaS agreements in accordance with contractual terms.
Collect outstanding A/R related to SaaS contracts
Qualifications:
Ability to work hybrid/onsite in Hampton, VA
Ability to work 20 hours a week
Previous experience working in accounting within the software industry
Experience with commission structures or creating tools for commission calculations highly preferred
General ledger experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Netsuite
