As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the manager with daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Train and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with onboarding new hires
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Monitor product pricing and ensure accurate pricing displays
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring proper staffing levels and coverage
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
