We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wireless sales and is looking to take the next step in their career.
```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance and support
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Previous experience in shift management or assistant management role preferred
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
- Strong knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in wireless sales or retail industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in retail math for inventory management purposes

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.50 - $31.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
