As our new Part-Time Assistant Baseball Coach, you will assist the Head BaseballCoach by providing instruction during practice and performing coaching dutiesduring competitions. You will serve as the primary instructor for a segment ofthe roster, while working with the Head Baseball Coach to establish practiceand development plans for the assigned positional group. You will assist withgameday responsibilities including coaching first base, communicating scoutinginformation, charting necessary information regarding our team and ouropponents, and other duties assigned by the Head Baseball Coach. This positionwill feature physical demands including throwing batting practice, swinging afungo bat, and assisting with the maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities.As our Part-Time Baseball Coach, you will be a role model, exemplifying highstandards of sportsmanship, conduct, and values in support of the mission andvision of the Institute.
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree and oneto two years' experience playing or coaching at the collegiate or professionallevel.
