We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced, afterschool caregiver to provide a safe and fun extension of school for our kids. As a Aftercare Instructor you will assist students individually and in small groups.

Responsibilities:
- Creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment
- Looking after the basic needs of the children under care
- Helping students with homework
- Participating in Indoor and Outdoor fun activities
- Communicate with parents and co-workers
- Maintain a sanitary and orderly environment
- Maintain professional attitude while treating all children with care and compassion
- Treat all children with care and compassion
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree is strongly preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a childcare setting
- Exceptional patience and ability to remain calm at all times
- Solid working knowledge of childhood development
- Physically able to perform tasks, including sitting on the floor, bending, and standing
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Patient, understanding, and reliable
- Excellent verbal skills
