This position is responsible for providing customer service to consumers of the Child Support division by handling walk-ins and incoming phone calls, providing answers and transferring consumers to the appropriate workers as necessary. This position will handle cash receipting and credit card payments and ensure appropriate entries are made to case event notes. This position is expected to navigate the KIDS system and have understanding of court procedures and confidentiality procedures.

Thursday & Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Assist walk-in consumers with making payments, printing payment histories, or completing applications for services.
Provide court paperwork to participants.
Sort incoming mail and update personal information in the KIDS database system.
Sign-in walk-in consumers according to IRS requirements.
Assist case managers with taking purge payments and assist consumers.
Demonstrate a commitment to county safety and risk management efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent and zero to six months of relevant prior experience. Proven experience in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Special Requirement
