We are looking for a Parking Specialistresponsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Issuing parking assignments to all our employees, students, and staff members who park a motor vehicle on campus.
- Maintaining vehicle registration data by entering the appropriate information into a database and keeping the actual form in a secure area for future reference.
- Maintaining a database to record the sale/issuance of parking tokens and permits.
- Processing billings for tenant parking.
- Posting payments and maintaining records for all tenant accounts.
- Performing general clerical duties, such as answering the telephone and taking messages, filing, greeting customers and guests, etc.
- Processing and issuing photo identification badges to all BSWH employees, volunteers, students, and authorized contract employees on the Dallas campus.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 1+ years of experience required.
- High School diploma.
- Data entry, typing, detail-oriented.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
