Schedule

• Friday- Tuesday
• Days off Wednesday & Tuesday
• 39 hours per week
• 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Graveyard shift

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeper to sweep Parking Lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides, and rear areas of assigned properties.
• Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle cannot reach.
• Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.
• Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.
• Clear debris from rights-of-ways.
• Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower
• Strong map reading skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Graveyard shift
• Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
