Job Overview:
As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the lot, assisting customers with their vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the lot is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Organize vehicles in designated area
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling
- Strong drive and motivation to provide excellent customer service
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
