Parking Attendant

Parking Attendantgreet clients upon arrival and deliver extraordinary, fun-filled experiences. They also help direct clients with their vehicles into appropriate parking areas and monitor and control the flow of traffic in and out of all parking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the Matian Firm, APC facility, including visitors, and directing them to the correct parking areas
• Identify and intercept vehicles that are not permitted on site
• Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations; enforce proper permitting of personal vehicles parked on the lot
• Keep the parking lot clean. Duties can include sweeping, picking up trash, emptying trash, etc.
• Monitor and notify management of any safety issues and concerns
• Provide general support to overall operations including but not limited to assisting in cleaning the maintenance and parking areas, assisting in the clean-up of spills or other accidents, and general repair and maintenance
• Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer Service background is preferred
• Experience in similar environments or job duties is ideal
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company, its customers, and vendors
• Be able to multitask and work independently
• Strong customer service skills and abilities; politely provide direction and service to others with courtesy, friendliness, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend (English And Spanish)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move items weighing at least 25 pounds
• The person in this position needs to move constantly for an extended period of time throughout a shift (80-100% of shift)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
