The Park Services Staff (age 16+) is responsible for leading a Park Services team that takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire resort; maintaining and cleaning the park’s sites and amenities. This is a SEASONAL, full-time position and reports to the Park Operations Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Duties
- Ensures timely trash pick up around the park
- Prepares sites (clean fire ring, clean up trash, picnic table, etc.) on time and updates site status within the reservations system in real-time via tablets
- Cleans and prepares golf carts for guest arrivals
- Cleans all bathhouses throughout the resort and maintains the cleanliness throughout the day with a schedule
- Maintains and cleans the aquatics facilities, including decks, cabanas, power washing, loungers, etc.
- Maintains cleanliness throughout the common areas of the resort
- Pressure washes throughout the resort: buildings, decks, & patios
- Reports maintenance issues in common areas following work order procedures
- Delivers items to campers as needed
- Assists in maintaining the park’s landscaping, as needed
- Assists in cabin cleanings and turnovers, as needed
- Participates in other projects and activities as assigned
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work with minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Regularly move throughout the park
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc.
- Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
