Who we are looking for:
Are you the PAT Home Visitor we have been looking for? In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth! JRI’s Parents As Teachers program works with parents from prenatal to kindergarten age to increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and improve parenting practice. Our staff perform family centered assessments and deliver a structured curriculum which emphasizes parent-child interaction, development centered parenting, and family well-being.
JRI provides the training so that:
- YOU will be responsible for providing home visiting/parent education services to eligible parents.
- YOU will participate in group support services
- YOU will serve as a role model and give support and encouragement to parents and their families to help raise healthy children
- YOU will participate in community outreach and help families access services in their communities.
Bilingual a plus!! We offer a $1000 bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks, reads and writes in a different language other than English.

Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in social work, early childhood education, human services or a related field and one to three years of early childhood experience or high school diploma and three years of early childhood experience.
- Travel required, must have reliable transportation, valid MA driver's license, auto insurance, registration and a safe driving record required.
- Candidates must be available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as necessary.
- At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our youth.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
