Paraprofessional Field Coordinator

Blue Sea Educational Consulting is a unique company comprised of a Professional Collaborative, bringing together diverse professions such as education, psychology, social worker, behavior intervention, speech, occupational and physical therapies, and the law. Our unique approach to education has enabled us to provide supportive services to a variety of populations.

We are seeking an energetic professional to join our team as a full-time Paraprofessional Field Coordinator. This is a great position for individuals with a Behavior Intervention background with strong clinical and excellent stakeholder skills.

This position reports to the Director of Behavioral Services, and collaborates ongoing with the Paraprofessional Operations Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives communications from Blue Sea paraprofessional providers regarding placement (case assignments) and mandate fulfillment (provider absences) related activities.
• Interacts with school district staff to ensure client satisfaction with services provided.
• Actively monitors and remediates Blue Sea paraprofessional providers non-compliance with client School District standard operating procedures.
• In coordination with the Paraprofessional Operations Coordinator, manages Blue Sea paraprofessionals’ attendance and lateness to ensure maximum case coverage.
• Completes field recruiting-related activities consistent with the company’s paraprofessional strategic recruiting plan and SOP.
• In coordination with the Paraprofessional Operations Coordinator, onboards new paraprofessional providers.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Attends, participates in company events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum two years of 1:1 paraprofessional or behavior interventionist experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superior communication (oral/written) skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects

• Follows school calendar
• Status: 1099 (Independent Contractor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
