Student aides must have one year of experience in caregiving or working with students with disabilities.
Paraprofessionals must have two years of experience working with individuals with special needs in education setting. Experience leading small group instruction preferred.
Minimum of high school diploma required, with paraprofessional certificate and college credits/Associates degree preferred.
