Paralegal to Real Estate and Estate Planning Attorney

Are you looking for a chance to work with real people in a rural setting and escape the billable hour? Wilkinson Law Group, LLC is looking for a paralegal to work closely with the primary attorney to help provide estate plans, estate/trust administration, real estate documents and closings in Southwest Wisconsin. This position works closely with a large title company and expect that the position will be split between the two companies. There is also additional room for growth in related companies.

We are based in Spring Green but have offices in 10 cities across the area. This is a fast growing firm with tons of room for personal growth and advancement.

This is a hybrid position where client meetings are in office but you can work from home for drafting days if you choose. You can largely set your own hours and will have significant control over your schedule.

This is a very entrepreneurial firm, so self-starters and hungry people may be best suited for the position. The ideal candidate wants to live and work in a rural community, has a serious interest in estate planning and real estate and works well in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or higher
- Some experience as a paralegal or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in estate planning is preferred but not required

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
