Boutique securities litigation law firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal/Administrative Coordinator.
Duties will include legal and factual research, fact-checking, e-filing, editing legal forms and documents, document styling, revisions and conversions, preparing binders and correspondence, organizing fee reports, record keeping and digital data entry, scheduling and arranging conference calls and virtual meetings, assisting attorneys or stock portfolio analysts in organizing data and preparing portfolio monitoring reports for firm clients, tracking office inventory and ordering supplies, travel arrangements and event coordination, calendar management, and acting as a liaison between firm personnel and vendors or courts to resolve various issues.
Candidates must have excellent organizational and writing skills as well as the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, PACER, Westlaw, and/or Timeslips is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
2 years of relevant experience is required / 3-5 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.
Hours will be 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Overtime may be required from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
