  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify legal risks within contracts and business activities. Assist in developing strategies to mitigate these risks while adhering to legal standards, with a keen focus on construction-related matters.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those pertinent to construction. Provide well-informed recommendations to support our legal team.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and organized legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure a seamless workflow, especially within construction-related projects.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Paralegal Expertise: A robust background as a paralegal, with a focus on Contracts Review and Risk assessment, preferably within the electrical, construction, or engineering sectors.
  • Legal Acumen: Familiarity with the legal landscape of the systems integration, fire protection, and electronic security sectors, particularly within the construction industry.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify potential risks and ensure contractual precision.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in legal research methodologies, especially in relation to construction laws and regulations, to provide well-substantiated insights.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate efficiently with the legal team, stakeholders, and construction professionals.
  • Organizational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills to manage and maintain legal documentation seamlessly, particularly within construction projects.

Why HCI Systems: HCI Systems values your contributions and offers ample opportunities for professional growth. Join a team that promotes innovation and fosters a collaborative environment.
