Position: Travel Acute Medical Utilization Review RN Location: Santa Rosa, California (CA License Required)
Hourly Rate: $82 Pay Rate/OT-Taxable: $1583 Stipend Non-Taxable: $1697 Gross Pay: $3200

Requirements:
- Experience Matters: 2-year acute medical Care Manager experience, including Care Coordination and Admission Reviews.
- Utilization Review Expertise: Strong Utilization Review skillset is essential.
- First-Time Travelers Welcome: Whether you're a seasoned traveler or embarking on your first travel nursing assignment, we welcome your skills and enthusiasm.
- CA License: Must have a valid California RN license.
Job Details:
- Admission Criteria Mastery: Familiarity with Admission Criteria (InterQual), MCG (in NorCal), and ED-only cases.
- Managed Care Experience: Navigate HMOs, IPAs, and more.
- Patient-Centered Care: Assess patients, coordinate care, and plan discharges to ensure the best outcomes.
- Diverse Patient Populations: Work with patients in various situations, including adoption/foster care, drug/alcohol abuse treatment, homelessness, mental health history, and crisis intervention.
- Epic Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computerized documentation.
