We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team and provide invaluable support to educators and students. This role is essential in assisting with the implementation of educational programs and ensuring the success of students in a learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Caseload: WCHE in the G3 classroom. G3 (Get Ready, Get Set, Go) provides a structured environment for students (& students on the autism spectrum) with communication & behavioral needs.
- Previous PARA experience required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to address the diverse needs of students.
- Help in the preparation and organization of educational materials and resources.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s degree or coursework in Education is a plus).
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow directions and adapt to changing classroom needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a classroom aide or paraprofessional.
- Knowledge of special education practices or working with students with disabilities.
- Proficiency in using assistive technologies or educational tools.
