We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Morning Shift Pantry Station Attendant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Morning Shift Pantry Station Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing delicious salads, sandwiches, and appetizers while also assisting our banquet team and ensuring the kitchen is ready for the day.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, and appetizers according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food presentation is impeccable and meets our high-quality standards.
- Assist with banquet service as needed, including setup, plating, and serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the Pantry Station and kitchen area.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking inventory, and organizing storage areas.
- Support the kitchen team in opening procedures, including prepping ingredients and setting up stations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
