SCOPE OF SERVICES

The experienced Project Manager will work with City agencies to deploy a citywide privileged Access Management (PAM) solution to reduce the security risks associated with password-only access, unauthorized access, and compromised credentials; create more reliable information systems, and increase resiliency.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Identity Management projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of complex network architecture, hosting strategies
• Understanding of authentication integration in Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of NIST framework related to Identity & Access Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, high intensity projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of various project management tools
