```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled Painting Contractor to join our team. As a Painting Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various painting projects. This includes preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting, stucco, masonry, and concrete finishing. ```Responsibilities``` - Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes using hand tools and power tools - Mix paints to achieve desired colors using color theory knowledge - Repair and restore damaged surfaces - Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and timelines - Ensure proper safety measures are followed on job sites - Clean and maintain painting equipment ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a Painting Contractor or similar role - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for painting projects - Knowledge of construction painting techniques, stucco application, masonry work, and concrete finishing - Ability to interpret blueprints and follow project specifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: Welding experience is a plus but not required.
