What’s required to work here
Here's what we're looking for from you:
- Responsible for cleaning and preparing of all surfaces, including metal, wood, stucco, and fiberglass
- Use of brushes, spray guns and rollers to complete jobs
- Ability to mask and tape necessary areas to protect customer’s property
- Completing touch-up work as needed
- Knowledge of painting industry
- Drive to accomplish quality work on a schedule
Responsibilities of the job:
- Taping and masking where necessary to protect property
- Applying coatings using brush, roller, or spray gun
- Scraping, sanding, and needle gun surfaces to remove old paint, dirt, or rust
- Effectively confer job-related information to the Field Manager and Office
Any other requirements:
- Able to comprehend verbal instructions and general correspondence
- Knowledge of different types of coating systems
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Possess a basic understanding of the metric system
- Able to safely lift and position ladders and scaffolding
- Willing to climb ladders and good with heights
- Using hand and power tools associated with the trade
- 5+ years with residential and commercial painting
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to perform minor carpentry and repairs is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
