```Duties``` - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Follow maintenance schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly - Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment inventory - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills - Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs on machinery and equipment - Customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs - Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications - Experience in facilities maintenance and working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred We offer competitive pay based on experience.
