Job Description:
As a Painter/Maintenance Helper at Avalon Rehab & Care Center, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facility's appearance. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and prepping walls before applying primer and paint.
- Painting interior walls, baseboards, molding, windowsills, and other parts of the building.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Cleaning any spills and removing tools and supplies at the end of your shift.
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Working on weekends as required to accommodate our facility's schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous painting and maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
