Painter/Handyman

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Handy Man to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to surface preparation, painting, maintenance, repair, and assist with minor remodeling projects. This is a hands-on role that requires basic skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on apartments and homes.
- Restore and renovate various structures and surfaces
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and materials
- Assist with carpentry work and repairs
