We are seeking experienced Lead Technicians and Lead Tech Assistants (Entry Level) RENEW Cabinet Coatings is a growing kitchen cabinet refinishing and refacing company looking to add more skilled members to our team. This is a top pay grade position with excellent hours and room for advancement. Must have proven experience in the use of a paint sprayer and basic knowledge of woodworking techniques. Training opportunities available for the right candidate.
Salary/Rate: $18-$90/hr.

Skills & Abilities Required:
- Skilled Paint Spraying
- Crown Moulding installation
- Wood Sanding
- Cabinet door installation
- Cabinet installation
- Trim installation
- Backsplash tile installation
- Use of cutting tools including but not limited to hand saws, chop saws and other cutting tools for various project types.
- Ability to accurately use measuring techniques to complete a project successfully.
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to use cellphone technology and apps such as Trello.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language both written and verbal.
