Responsibilities:
Performs routine to moderately complex surface preparation, painting, and finishing tasks, applying a variety of methods, media, and techniques to both interior and exterior surfaces.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
2. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
3. Valid state driver’s license.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5. Ability to obtain an OSHA 10 certificate within 6 months of hiring.
6. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
