YOUR ROLE AND WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role is a large part of that. Here’s a few things you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

• Helping clients have a great experience.
• Working as part of a team of high performers.
• Prepping and painting surfaces to company standards.
• Power washing exterior projects as needed in advance of painting.
• Painting the interior and exterior of houses and commercial buildings.
• Working with your team to bring the projects in under labor and material budgets.
• Filling out paperwork as required by the company.

• You have 2+ years of professional painting experience.

• Your own means of transportation as we routinely meet at the job site.

• You can pass a background check and drug screen.

• Heights aren’t an issue for you as you will often be on tall ladders.

COMPENSATION & JOB DETAILS:

• This is a full time position with possible overtime.

• We are located in Christiansburg, VA and serve the surrounding areas. You’ll frequently drive to job sites located within one hour of our shop.

• You’ll be paid every week.

• Pay for experienced painters ranges from $18-25 based on skills and ability to produce. Other skills are valued and can lead to higher pay but are not required such as: carpentry, drywall, epoxy.

• Bonuses are determined by you and your performance and are paid out weekly. The faster you get the job done, while maintaining our standards, the more bonus you make.

• Benefits include: 2 weeks paid vacation and incentive programs (Painter Referral Program, Upselling Add-ons, Google Review Bonus, etc.)

• Uniforms are provided by our company.

• Crew lead slots are available.

Our business is picking up and we are getting into our busy season. We’re looking to hire someone in the next 1-4 weeks as soon as we find the right fit.
