• Maintain a positive witness for Christ

• Willingness to share what God is teaching him or her

• Understand the mission of Southside Church, XZone™, and the Church universal, is to create disciples of Christ

• Paintball experience not needed

Basic Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly

• Professional in demeanor and appearance

• Good oral communication skills

• Able to work in fast paced environment

• Team oriented

• Able to adhere to time tables

• Excited to work in outdoor environment in all weather

• Accept directions / suggestions once, and implement them with excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Cash handling experience

Duties Performed

• Provide safe environment for Guests and Team members

• Provide world-class Guest service

• Referee paintball games

• Referee paintball events

• Maintain park cleanliness standards

• Set up, tear down, and clean park equipment and playing equipment

Personality Match

• Exemplify the ability to think creatively and independently

• Excel in working without redirection or supervision

• Understand training and new skills development is essential to this role

• Patience working with large groups of guests

Pay: $12.00 per hour
