Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our medical team. As a Pain Management Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with chronic pain conditions. Your expertise in pain management techniques and procedures will help improve the quality of life for our patients. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine the cause and severity of their pain - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, including medication management, Physical Therapy, and interventional procedures - Perform diagnostic evaluations, such as nerve blocks and imaging studies, to identify the source of pain - Administer injections and perform procedures, such as epidural steroid injections and joint injections - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients on pain management techniques and self-care strategies Qualifications: - Medical degree from an accredited medical school - Board certification in Pain Management or Anesthesiology - Valid medical license in the state of practice - Proficiency in phlebotomize techniques and standards - Experience working with electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) - Basic life support (BLS) certification - Strong knowledge of pain management procedures and techniques - Experience administering injections and performing interventional procedures - Familiarity with primary care principles and practices - Knowledge of tube feeding and dermatabrasion procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
